The light khaki field displays an “American Sarouk” centred alover design of floret sprays, barbed saz leaf arcs, boteh leaves, palmettes and ecru butterfly motifs at the field termini. Putty border with reversing palmettes set with floral sprays. Medium weave. Cotton foundation. Unusual size and fairly light tonality. As new condition. This is really more Sarouk than Kashan in pattern.
