Pakistani Gabbeh-style rug with a convex and straight rectangle subfield and semi-circular lateral appendages. Stripes and stripes with geese and pigeons, chickens, elephants ,horses,, dancers , flowers, squares and arches, all in a wild banded polychromy with ecru, blues, greys, tan, burnt salmon ,red and charcoal, richly abrashed. Cotton foundation, medium weave. Really unusual. What will it be like as an antique? As new condition.
