New Pak Karadja Carpet 11'10"×18'4"

Completely in the Northwest Persian Karaja style with three columns each of five characteristic alternating green octogrammes and ivory hooked hexagons, all on the rich near navy ground, supported by rosettes, flowers and lesser geometric elements. Strip style red border of simplified ivory and navy reversing turtles. Hard to find Persian Karajas in this size, and this one is bolder than the originals. Cotton foundation, medium weave. As new condition.
