Tall, occasionally barbed, straw arabesques form open cartouches enclosing palmettes and are joined vertically by rosettes forming part of four radiating rosette arrays. Barbed leaves in red, straw and teal green. Subtle colour asymmetries in the pattern. Reversing fat petal palmettes in the border. Cotton foundation, medium weave. As new condition.
