Antique Persian Lilihan 3'5"×5'0"

C. 1950 From Lillihan village in the Greater Hamadan Weaving Area, this small scatter presents a navy-black, lobed and four pendant tall medallion with an ivory four-way palmette sub-medallion, on a red field with an allover Herati design. En suite half-pendant quarter corners. Navy border with triple rosette flowers alternating with barbed pine cones. Very slight reduction at one end. Medium rustic weave on cotton. Good pile condition.
