C. 1935 As the Interwar Period progressed, more and more detail was packed into the classic “American Sarouk” pattern and this well-woven rustic scatter is a good example with a red field supporting waving and bent sprays, some with tiny basal vases, accented in ecru, straw, navy and medium blue-green. Central ecru rosette. Navy main border of palmettes and attached flower sprays Thick pile, cotton foundation. Very good condition.
