Antique Caucasian Karabagh 6'9"×20'0"
This large gallery-size or wide hallway runner Caucasian rug was woven in the Karabagh region between modern day Azerbaijan and Armenia. Karabagh rugs are known for their quality of construction as well as the large variation of styles employed. This interesting piece features a repeating image of a vase holding a floral bouquet done in excellent detail. This sits against an otherwise unadorned background in a rich, dark navy.
