The deep wine field is painterly abrashed in irregular splashes of Tuscan red. Beneath is an allover, end-to-end, side-to-side repeating pattern of open diamonds, vinery, upright and lazy palmettes and budding florets. The pattern jogs to one side, but no elements are omitted. Tiny soft accents in cream, straw and powder blue. Cotton foundation. Medium weave. As new condition.
