The deep wine red field displays an allover pattern of paired, barbed leaves in a central column and lateral half columns. More roughly barbed lancet leave, rosettes and palmettes are firmly placed in the composition. The vinery plays only a secondary role. Black border of paired acanthus leaves with end loops. Moderately fine weave. Cotton foundation. As new condition.
