Antique Chinese 11'0"×14'7"

This room size antique was woven in China toward the end of the 19th century. It features a traditionally Chinese design with a central medallion containing a floral motif on a navy field. Outside of the medallion the field is sparsely populated by differing floral images. The two borders in orange and blue are similarly decorated.
